Something Happy

I've been trying to think of a blog post celebrating something....a milestone, a victory, or a joyous occasion.

But, I got nothing.

So, an update instead.

Last week I got the chance to go to Little Rock with the Delta Jewels and got to spend a few hours (at least one more than thought! *wink*) with my bestest friend in the world - Erin! We had a great mexican lunch and then I finally got to see her beautiful house! I can't believe my little Erin is all grown up with a grown-up house! However, Erin, it was beautiful and I was telling my mom about it all night!! That was definitely the best part of the day - seeing Erin.

I forgot about the hassels of living in a big city - traffic! Erin and I sat in traffic in Little Rock for an hour! I forgot how great that was! (said scarcastically!)

All was going well that weekend until pitbulls killed one of our cats! I've always heard of this happening, but it happened at my house! It was horrible! I won't go into details, but it was very sad that weekend at our house.

Now that I've officially brought the party to an end with that story, I'll let you know that I only have a little over one month until my internship is over and only 65 days left until graduation from BU School of Social Work! I'm very excited about this and CANNOT WAIT!
