This year was pretty cool simply because JD and I actually got to spend V-day in Waco this year. Last year because I was in Helena for my internship, we spent V-day at my home. But this year, we got to stay in town and celebrate here! We had an amazing time! JD pulled out all the stops. We began the evening at Diamond Backs. We had a dinner of shrimp cocktail, steak, mashed potatoes, the best mac and cheese, fragrant bread, and then mango sherbet with chocolate covered strawberries. There was a jazz band playing downstairs as we ate dinner on the balcony inside the beautiful restaurant. After dinner, we were all dressed up and decided to take some pictures. Our first stop was Heritage Square for some pics.
We then moved on to Starbucks for some after dinner coffee. There we also took a few pictures. We had a lot of fun this year!
