Update...

I realize it's been a few weeks since I wrote, I had some time, so I thought I'd sit down and give an update.

Things are crazy! I'm still trying to work out the details of the internship in January. I have squeaked all the wheels I can and now I'm simply waiting for someone else! It's been a hard thing for me because I'm so used to having control over what is going on. So, because the internship is not completely worked out, I'm having a very hard time completing assignments. Therefore, I'm a little behind on schoolwork (with the professor's permission) but that drives me crazy!!!

Other than this, things are going pretty well. JD and I are leaving on Friday for Colorado Springs for the weekend. His parents have (so awesome-ly) given us the opportunity to come up and hang out for a few days. I'm excited for the cooler weather, getting out of town, and spending time with the Windhams. Hopefully, I'll have pictures up here after the weekend. I'm studying like crazy to get everything done so I can go to CO with a fresh mind.

So I'm good.
