Massage

So, yesterday I went and got a massage at Baylor (thanks, JD). I love massages and I also think that I will have to work them into my monthly budget (along with starbucks) when I get my "grown-up" job! However, yesterday, the therapist focused on ONE spot for 20 minutes. I am so stinkin' sore today that it's not even funny! I have a huge knot on my shoulder and it's painful. But amidst all this pain, it was great! I think I would be fine if she would just rub my back with lotion the entire time! HAHA! I'm really not complaining because it was great, I'm just wondering how common sore muscles are after a massage!

Day camp is moving right along. It's been good thus far in the week. This weekend is the 4th of July and JD and I really don't have huge plans....maybe a movie and grilling. I'm a little anxious to see this movie. I think it'll be good!
