What do I love.....

You know what I love? Coffee and cookies with friends! The past couple of weeks I've actually had the opportunity to get together with friends, something that never happens due to research, papers, and studying, and just have "girl time". I realized how much I miss just laughing and not talking about anything theological. Then I started to realize that I was so blessed to have such wonderful friends that allow me to be goofy every now and then. A few days ago, I got together with Jennifer for coffee and cookies and we did hash out some theological issues, but spent the rest of the evening just laughing. It was wonderully refreshing! Then I was able to hang out with Kristen and Dinah for a round of laughing and picking new "team members" for each other. By the way, me writing this blog, Kristen's team! How underserving I am of the great gift of friends from God. I am so thankful that God has brought such amazing people into my life. What have I done to deserve them? Absolutely nothing. But oh how thankful I am.

So, my new love....coffee and cookies with friends, even if it is hard on the hips!
