The Frustration of it all

I wasn't going to write a negative post...I really wasn't. But while I was trying to log in, I had to make a Google account then I had to go through all the rig-ma-row of trying to get the passwords and account information and now I'm cranky. Finally after about 10 emails trying to get it to work, here I am and I'm frustrated! I'll post a second time...let's start over!
